During my stay, I experienced the exquisite Ocean Pool Villa, a testament to the resort's commitment to sophisticated comfort. This villa featured a spacious kingsize bed, a comfortable sitting area, and a luxurious bathroom, all meticulously designed. The interiors draw inspiration from Bali’s natural color palette, with design elements rooted in the local surroundings and showcasing exceptional craftsmanship, creating an ambiance of serene elegance.
A highlight of the Ocean Pool Villa is its expansive outdoor deck, complete with a private infinity pool that offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean. Below these, the Beach Pool Villas provide direct access to the resort’s dramatic black-sand beach and feature a semi-outdoor lounge pavilion, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. For larger groups or families, Beach and Ocean Villas can be combined into spacious two-bedroom configurations. All villas open onto a private, spacious lawn, further enhancing the sense of space and connection to the ocean.

The resort features several distinct dining venues, each offering a unique gastronomic experience. Cotta serves as the all-day dining restaurant, where I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast here is a delightful affair, combining a small buffet with a daily changing à la carte menu, ensuring variety and freshness. Cotta primarily highlights authentic Indonesian cuisine, allowing guests to savor local flavors expertly prepared.
Adjacent to Cotta, the Ombak Bar, Lounge, and Restaurant provide another excellent option. The Ombak Bar is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink, offering a relaxed atmosphere with stunning sunset views. The Ombak Restaurant focuses on premium Mediterranean cuisine, providing a sophisticated alternative for dinner. For a truly intimate and exclusive experience, Keiyo stands at the pinnacle of Soori Bali’s dining scene. Reached by a scenic five-minute buggy ride from the main resort, Keiyo is an eight-seat teppanyaki restaurant perched dramatically on a cliff above the ocean. Panoramic views of the Indian Ocean frame every meal, making it an unforgettable culinary journey. Next to Keiyo, three open-air salas offer additional options for outdoor dining and relaxation, perfect for private events or simply enjoying the ocean breeze.
Beyond dining, Soori Bali excels in offering bespoke excursions, known as 'Journeys by Soori,' designed to immerse guests in the local culture and natural beauty. A particular highlight is the Journey of Arcadia, a captivating tour through the Tabanan Regency.
